Built for the people who hold the devices.

One Mount Road bench for off-warranty MacBook, iPad, and iPhone logic board work, with an account that keeps every unit visible.

Tagged devices queued on shelves in the service centre

Corporates

IT fleets that cannot wait on a swap.

When a staff MacBook or iPhone is out of warranty, we repair the board in house so the same machine, and the same data, can return to the desk.

Service centres

Send the board jobs you cannot close. We work as your backend bench and log progress on your dealer account so your customer still tracks through you.

Guarantee companies

A data-first, quoted repair is often cheaper than a replacement. We document the fault and the work so your assessor can approve with a clear number.

MacBook, iPad, and iPhone first.

Component-level repair on the three devices that keep offices and partner shops moving.

Laptop, tablet, and phone laid out on a dark service bench

MacBook

No power, liquid, charging, and chip-level faults on Intel and Apple silicon. We quote after a bench check and keep the SSD with the board whenever we can.

MacBook logic board repair

iPad

Dead tablets, Error 4013, and board work with a data guarantee on many no-power units. Glass and battery jobs stay in the same account queue.

iPad repair

iPhone

Motherboard repair that aims to keep photos and work data on the original phone. Display and battery fleets can ride the same corporate login.

iPhone motherboard repair

Dealer and corporate tracking, on one login.

Every inbound MacBook, iPad, and iPhone is logged to your account so status is not buried in chat threads.

Close work on a logic board under a microscope

Data first, then the repair.

On dead MacBook, iPad, and iPhone boards we start with storage. Chip-level work stays on the original board so files are not copied off unless that is the only path left. You get a quote before we charge.

In-house, so the price stays honest.

Board work does not leave our bench. No third-party lab fee, no extra courier on the logic board, and a written quote you can put on a PO. 90-Day Warranty on eligible jobs.

Prompt when the part is here.

Account jobs get same-visit diagnosis on many faults. We tell you the wait if a part is not in stock. Mount Road, Monday to Saturday, 11am to 10pm.

Technical support and Apple consultancy.

For account holders: hardware advice on MacBook, iPad, and iPhone issues, scheduled against your queue or at the centre. Not consumer remote unlocking or iCloud recovery.

Repair vs replace

A written view on whether board work, a module, or a new unit is the cheaper path for that serial.

Data-first triage

How to power down, pack, and log a dead MacBook, iPad, or iPhone so storage has the best chance.

Liquid damage

What to tell the user in the first hour, and when ultrasonic cleanup is worth quoting.

Fleet patterns

Battery swell, Flexgate, and charging faults that show up across the same MacBook generation.

Partner second opinion

Service centres can send a board photo and fault notes before committing a customer to a swap.

Before you send a batch.

Who is B2B repair for?

Corporate IT teams with MacBook, iPad, and iPhone fleets, partner service centres that need off-warranty board work, and guarantee companies that want a data-first repair path instead of a full replacement.

How do dealer and corporate tracking accounts work?

After we open your account you get a dedicated login on our tracking page. Every inbound device is listed with job number, status, estimate, and your own reference. You can search, request updates, and approve work without calling the bench for each unit.

What does data first mean on a dead device?

We treat user data as the first success condition. On many no-power MacBook, iPad, and iPhone jobs we repair at chip level so the storage stays with the original board. We quote before starting, and we say so if data cannot be saved.

Why is in-house board repair more economical?

Logic board work stays on our Mount Road bench. We do not ship boards out to a third party, so you avoid middleman markups and extra transit risk. You pay for diagnosis plus the agreed repair, with a 90-day warranty on eligible work.

Do you take off-warranty jobs from other service centres?

Yes. Partner shops send MacBook, iPad, and iPhone board jobs they cannot close in house. We log them to your dealer account so your customer still tracks through you.

Is this Apple authorized warranty work?

No. We are an independent repair centre and are not affiliated with Apple Inc. B2B work is for off-warranty, out-of-coverage, and commercial repair where you want a quoted, data-first alternative.

What technical support and consultancy do you offer?

Account holders get Apple hardware consultancy: repair vs replace, liquid-damage triage, and second opinions on logic boards. This is scheduled with your account, at our centre or against active jobs. We do not offer consumer remote unlocking, iCloud, or password recovery.
