Independent, walk-in Mac and iPhone repair at our Mount Road service centre in Chennai.
iQube Tech Care is a local repair centre at F9, F10 1st Floor, Anjuman Shopping Arcade, Mount Road, Chennai 600002. Not affiliated with Apple Inc. Not affiliated with TVS Motor Company, TVS iQube, or any electric two-wheeler brand. We repair Apple Mac and iPhone devices only. Walk-in service centre only. We do not offer remote tech support, phone or iCloud unlocking, virus removal hotlines, password or account recovery services, or mail-in-only national call centres.
Who we are
iQube Tech Care helps customers in Chennai with in-store diagnosis and hardware repair for MacBook, iPhone, iMac, and Mac mini devices. Customers visit our centre on Anna Salai (Mount Road), receive a written or verbal quote after inspection, and collect their device when work is complete.
iQube Tech Care operates as a local walk-in repair centre in Chennai. We do not display a GST number on this website.

Our unit is on the first floor of Anjuman Shopping Arcade (F9, F10 1st Floor, Anjuman Shopping Arcade, Mount Road). Use the arcade lift or stairs; WhatsApp us if you need help finding the entrance.
Services we provide (in-store)
- In-store diagnosis and quotation for MacBook, iPhone, iMac, and Mac mini hardware issues
- Display, battery, keyboard, trackpad, charging port, and Flexgate cable work
- Logic board and liquid-damage assessment with component-level repair when feasible
- Walk-in drop-off and collection at our Mount Road centre
Services we do not provide
- Remote or phone-based technical support
- Unauthorized unlocking of phones or accounts
- Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) warranty work
- TVS iQube scooter sales, service, or parts
- Nationwide mail-in repair without an in-person relationship at our Chennai centre
Warranty and policies
