What not to do
- Do not puncture, flatten, or microwave the battery.
- Do not keep charging overnight hoping capacity returns.
- Do not force the lid closed if the pack has already lifted the trackpad. That can crack the glass.
- Rice and hairdryers do nothing for swelling. They waste time.
